Cellphones and driving

I am guilty of it, but at least I use a headset. Some people cannot multi-task. Some people have their hands full just driving, let alone talking on the phone, changing the radio station, using turn signals, etc. If you cannot handle driving and talking at the same time, don't do it. How may times have you been behind an erratic vehicle, only to pull beside them and they are talking on the cell phone, oblivious to anything around them? This is one of the reasons car manufacturers did not install laser cannons on cars.
A headset should be mandatory if you are using a cell phone while driving. At least you have two hands free to operate turn signals and hopefully be more cognizant of what is happening around you.
